Return Policy:

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Perishable items, such as fresh produce and eggs, cannot be returned once opened.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods that have been opened or partially consumed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

• Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
  • Depending on the situation, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Pickup Only Policy:

• Online Order Processing for Farm Pick-up:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with pick-up date once your order is ready for pickup.

• Pickup Locations:

  • All orders placed online are available for pickup at our self serve Egg Station located at 940 Hallowell Rd Pownal ME 04069.
  • Detailed directions and pickup instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.

• Pickup Times & Self Serve Station:

  • Pickup is available from 7am to 7pm everyday
  • If you need to change your pickup day, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance as we place orders in the self serve Egg Station the morning of pickup.

• Freshness Guarantee:

  • To ensure maximum freshness, we recommend picking up your order as soon as possible.
  • Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be subject to cancellation, and perishable items may not be held beyond this period.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • Please inspect your order at the time of pickup.
  • If you notice any issues with your order, inform our staff immediately, and we will address the problem on the spot.

• Special Accommodations:

  • If you have any special requests or need assistance with your pickup, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
