We’re a small, quality-obsessed farm in Pownal, Maine raising fresh whole quail and whole rabbit (April 2026)! If you’re building menus around ethical sourcing, consistent specs, and reliable delivery, we’d love to be on your roster.

What We Offer:

Whole Quail (skin-on)​

  • Weight range: ~ 8.5–12 oz (seasonal variance)

  • Processing: Humanely dispatched in-house to keep quality high and price efficient

  • Trim/pack: Cleaned, chilled; packed to order; labeled with harvest date and count

  • Use cases: grill/roast, confit, pan-roast; excellent for tasting menus, small plates, and specials

Quail Eggs

  • Pack sizes: sold by the dozen.

  • Freshness: collected daily; Grade A.

  • Use cases: deviled eggs, pickled, baked goods, garnish for cocktails and canapés, ramen topping, tasting menus

Whole Rabbit (coming April 2026)​

  • Ideal for: terrines, ragù, porchetta-style saddle, braises, confit.

  • Processing: Humanely dispatched in-house to keep quality high and price efficient

  • Trim/pack: Cleaned, chilled; packed to order; labeled with harvest date and count

  • Pre-launch: chefs can register interest now for first allocation
